Yes, each site may have up to two (2) domestic pets (dogs or cats) provided they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose and do not become a nuisance or annoyance to neighbors. We also have a fully fenced dog park to let your furry friends roam free.

Please review the following pet policies:

• Pets must have current vaccinations and licenses.
• The following breeds are not allowed due to insurance restrictions: Mastiffs, Great Danes, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Rottweilers, Cane Corso, Chow Chows, Pit Bull Terriers, German Shepherds, Staffordshire Terriers, Boxers.
• Pets must be on a leash no longer than 6 feet when outside and must be attended to at all times. Small folding dog fences or pens are permitted on the concrete only.
• Pet owners must immediately pick up all feces and dispose of such waste appropriately. Any violations regarding pet waste will incur a $25 fee and multiple violations could result in removal from the resort.
• Any pet waste not cleaned off of the concrete by guests at departure will incur a $25 cleaning fee.
• Pets may be exercised only in areas designated for such purposes.
• Barking or any other behavior that disturbs others is not allowed and noisy or aggressive pets will not be allowed to stay.
• Additional pets incur a $25 per pet per day fee.
• Pets are not permitted on any part of the common elements except when they are leashed and being walked or transported directly off the resort property or directly to their owner’s site.
• No reptiles, amphibians, birds, or exotic animals allowed.
